Dear Customer, 
Due to COVID-19, you may have received this package a day or two earlier than the expected delivery date.

Please DO NOT open this package until the specified date.

All orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are arranged and shipped the same day for same-day delivery and overnight express shipping orders.

If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 2 hours of placing your order. This excludes orders placed for same-day delivery or overnight express since we work to process and ship your order in a timely manner.

Once we ship the order, we will send you a tracking number for each individual package so you'll be able to track it and know where your package is at any time.

Once the carrier delivers the order to the right address, we are no longer responsible for the package. We are not responsible for the theft of packages after the package is delivered. If the package was delivered to the wrong address, please contact the carrier first. If there is no result with the carrier, please contact us and we'll file a claim for the package with the carrier.

Please note: If you place an order and provide us with the wrong information for the shipping address, once the package returned to us you will be required to pay for a new shipping label and any charges for changes to the order.

Returns/Exchange

Arrangement Damaged in Transit:

Our preserved rose box arrangements are custom made to order, and for this reason they are exempt from being returned or refunded. The exception is an arrangement damaged in transit, which may be returned for a replacement.

If you received an arrangement damaged in transit, please send 2 pictures of the damage to info@lejardininfini.com.  A customer care representative will reply to you within 24 to 48 hours with return approval and a return address label.

Once you receive a return label from customer service, the arrangement must be repacked in its original box and packaging the same way you received it and returned to us.

During that time, we will remake your order and send you a new arrangement.

Please note: We understand that sometimes you buy an arrangement for special, time-sensitive occasions. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for arrangements damaged in transit for these occasions. However, you can opt for a store credit in the same amount as the original purchase, which can be used toward a future purchase within one year. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
