Our preserved rose arrangements are custom made to order, and for this reason, CAN NOT be returned or refunded.
If you received an arrangement that was damaged in transit, please send 2 pictures to email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same damaged condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, packed the same way as you received it.
To complete your return, please wait for confirmation from our customer service department. We will send you a return label to send the package back to us.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
For same-day or overnight express orders, all orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are arranged and shipped the same day.
For all other orders, should you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order.
If you made an order by mistake and the order was processed, no refund will be issued.
