The month of October is harvest season - the beginning of the season of holidays. The season is kicked off by Halloween, which quickly leads into Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, and ends with New Year’s Eve. In the middle of planning family meals, buying holiday and hostess gifts, decorating, and hopping from event to event, we sometimes lose the opportunity to really seize and enjoy the moment and celebrate with close friends. Create The Fall Vibe In Your Home 

Make your guests feel welcome and in-theme by creating a fall atmosphere. Decorate with simple items like gourds, pumpkins, small cornucopias, leaf garland, and of course preserved flowers! 

Decorating with colors like red, yellow, and orange brings warm tones into your house, which is especially important if your home is cool toned (grey, white, blue, etc.). You can use bouquets of various sizes to bring just the right amount of fall color into a room.
